Since the early 1960’s

Hartoms was originally started in 1962 by Thomas Harrop and his business partner in a small outbuilding around the corner from the current premises. Hartoms has been a family run business ever since, passing down through the years it is now welcoming its third generation. The company is now run by Robert, Miles and Christopher Harrop, two of Thomas’s sons and a Grandson.

Hartoms has gone from strength to strength moving to the current building at the old bake house and recently taking on another unit to house our brand new waterjet cutting machine. As the faces change so does the business with each year bringing newer machinery and techniques ensuring that we can meet our customer’s needs.
